Getting started with Bonusly

Here are the steps we take to help you meet and exceed your goals for your recognition program:

Kickoff call 📞

Once you sign on the dotted line, we’ll connect you with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to arrange a kickoff call where you’ll discuss your Bonusly launch. 🚀

Account configuration

We’ll work with you to ensure Bonusly is set up the way you want it, from your custom currency name and company awards to your HRIS and chat integrations!

Admin and manager training

We’ll make sure your Bonusly admins and managers are equipped to access the benefits of Bonusly via training sessions, videos, and our Help Center.

Communication strategy and resources

We've rolled Bonusly out to in-office employee groups, remote and distributed teams, and global organizations, so we know how to get all kinds of employees excited about Bonusly! 🌎🌍🌏

We’ll make sure you have the resources you need for a smooth and successful employee launch. 

Ongoing check-ins

Your hands-on CSM will work with you before, during, and after launch to set success metrics, track them, and ensure Bonusly meets your company goals.

On-call support

Our Customer Support team typically responds to in-app troubleshooting requests within 30 minutes — a bit longer on nights, weekends, and holidays.
